Retro: Variety Shows

Today I went totally retro.  Okay, not totally, since I didn't dress retro (although I wish I had).  But I found this great 1976 variety show Van Dyke and Company, starring Dick Van Dyke.

I absolutely love Andy Kaufman's skits on the show.  Andy shows up randomly in the middle of sketches and interrupts them.  He insists on doing his bit so everyone else leaves the stage.  He is hilarious!

Of course, when I think of Dick Van Dyke, I also think of Mary Poppins and the song "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious."
