When I was younger, I did not like mint flavor in anything I ate. Fortunately, my tastes have matured and I now love the flavor of mint! I love it in Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream, Mint Cookies, and Mint Brownies. Those are some of my favorites!
Now these mint brownies are a recipe from Our Best Bites. Don't let the layers scare you, the recipe is quite simple and the brownies always turn out deliciously! My sister, Amy, introduced this recipe to me and she made these pictured above. The thing about brownies is most people don't realize that made-from-scratch ones are easy...and especially tasty!
